For almost 20 years, lucky elves and guardian angels have been created in the Wichtelfabrik - designed, painted, printed or sewn with love by art therapist Christine Schorling. The friendly fantasy creatures with their open faces and the dear eyes are wonderful companions on the way to growing up!

In the Wichtelfabrik unique pictures and accessories (not only) for children are created, with attention to detail and a lot of passion. Each motif was hand-painted in my studio and processed into enchanting products. Just browse a little in my shop! Maybe there is something imply for you.

Payment
Payment is made exclusively in advance.
You are only entitled to a right of set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or acknowledged in writing by Wichtelfabrik.
You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the quantity and size of the ordered goods as well as the shipping method and the destination country and will be clearly communicated to you before submitting your binding order. The exact information about the amount of the shipping costs can be found on the respective article.
Delivery
Delivery takes place within the EU, outside the EU exclusively on request.
The ordered items will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. Individually manufactured items after 6 to 10 working days after receipt of payment, depending on the scope of the order. We will be happy to inform you of the binding delivery time by prior arrangement.
If the ordered product is not available on time because Wichtelfabrik is not supplied with this product by its own suppliers on time or e.B. more effort is required by an individually designed production, Wichtelfabrik will inform you immediately. In such a case, you are free to wait for the ordered product or to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation, any consideration already provided will be refunded immediately.
Transport damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon handover of the delivery and asserted against him. We assume no liability for transport damage.
If the delivery is made to non-EU countries, further customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.
