Shipping
Shipping, delivery times
(1) Shooting star fairy hands over the goods to be delivered to the shipping company within the period specified in the respective product description from full receipt of payment. If a product is marked with "DaWanda Express" in the shop, it will in any case be dispatched on the first working day after receipt of payment.
(2) Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the shipping company needs about 2 working days within Germany (goods shipment about 3-7 days) and – depending on the distance – up to 9 working days to other countries for delivery from handover by the provider.
(3) If the delivery to the customer fails because the customer has entered the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the customer assumes the costs for the new shipping. The renewed shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract. Shooting Star Fairy will inform the customer of the necessary costs of a new delivery by e-mail. A new shipment will only take place after receipt of payment of these costs.
