§ 1 Protection of personal data
1. The personal data of our customers are processed exclusively for contractual purposes and protected in accordance with the current regulations. Your personal data will be stored as part of the user's registration on the online platform www.etsy.com.
2. Your personal information is managed by the shop SilverLadyAnna.
3. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Each customer has the right to view, change or update their personal data. The personal data entrusted to us will be stored and secured in the registered office of SilverLadyAnna in accordance with the relevant laws. Your personal data can be removed at any time from the online platform www.etsy.com by deleting the user profile.
§ 2 General and information about the seller
1. These General Terms and Conditions ("Regulations") set out the general conditions for the sale of goods in the shop on the online platform www.etsy.com those by Anna Jędra Wojciechowska (SilverLadyAnna), company Adoxa , Address: 30-350 Krakow, ul. 2. Below, the person intending to buy goods in our online store and registered on the internet platform www.etsy.com is referred to as a "customer" or "user".
3. The goods in our shop can only be bought by adults, legal entities or entities without legal personality. We ask minors not to make purchases in our store.
4. Before ordering the goods in our store, the customer is obliged to read and accept the terms and conditions. The acceptance of the regulations is a prerequisite for the use of the services of our online shop and is carried out as part of the completion of the order form.
§ 3 Offered goods and price
1. All information about the products offered in our store, which are offered through www.etsy.com, do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. They are merely a presentation of the products offered in the shop.
2. When purchasing a particular product in our store, the customer receives information about the goods offered, including the name and the material used.
3. All prices in the shop are stated in Euro (EUR) and include the valid VAT.
§ 4 Settlement of purchase transactions
1. To be able to shop via the platform www.etsy.com and to purchase a specific product in our online store, please register on the platform www.etsy.com and send us the corresponding form. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms of the sale, including these terms and conditions.
2. In the case of inaccurate, incomplete or erroneous data, we will try to contact you to supplement or correct the information. If the contact is not possible, we withdraw from the purchase contract.
3. We reserve the right to withdraw from the sale if the goods are not available in the store. In such a case, the amounts paid by the customer will be returned to the customer's bank account.
4. Corrections to the order by the customer are possible until the order confirmation is sent by the shop to the customer. The customer can also withdraw his order before it has been confirmed by the store. If the order has already been paid, the store will return the amount paid immediately, but no later than 30 days.
5. With the order confirmation by the online shop (sent electronically to the specified e-mail address), the purchase contract between the shop and the customer is concluded.
6. After submitting the goods order, the customer is obliged to pay for the ordered goods in his chosen method of payment. Immediately after booking the amount on our account, we will send you the purchased product. If you want to pay by cash on delivery, we will send you the goods immediately after your reconfirmation.
7. Goods purchased from us are delivered via Polish Post or courier services. The cost of the shipment depends on the total weight of the ordered goods and are specified in the order.
8. Together with the goods, the VAT invoice or a receipt will be provided at the request of the customer. If any of these documents are missing, we kindly ask you to let us know so that we can send you the missing documentation. After receiving the ordered goods, the customer should carefully check whether the packaging and the goods are in order and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
9. Do not hesitate to rate the purchase on the www.etsy.com platform after delivery of your goods.
10. During the sale you can communicate with the shop. At the same time we declare that we inform you about all relevant stages in the business process (order acceptance, dispatch of goods).
§ 5 Payment for the goods
The following payment methods are possible:

§ 6 Return and cancellation of business
1. The consumer (customer who is a natural person purchasing goods for personal use other than his / her business or professional activity) who has entered into the contract of sale outside of business premises or on the Internet may, in accordance with applicable regulations withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased item. This must be done in writing.
2. The declaration must be sent by registered post or attached to the package containing the returned goods. Whether the 14-day deadline has been met is decided by the postmark.
3. The returned goods must not show signs of wear. Returned goods must be complete and undamaged, have an undamaged label and, if possible, be original packed. We do not take back damaged or carried goods, the same applies to goods that have no or a damaged label.
4. The product must be returned to the store immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract of sale (that is, from the date of declaration of withdrawal).
5. Upon receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale, the amount of the returned goods will be returned to the customer immediately, but no later than 14 days, and the cost of the least expensive cost of the delivery, regardless of which Delivery type the customer has chosen. The costs for the return of goods to the shop are to be borne by the customer.
6. If the customer does not pick up / pick up the products sent to him or left on the post and the shipment is sent back to the store, the customer is obliged to pay the shipping costs, even if the product was sold with free shipping.
§ 7 Complaint Procedure
1. If the customer finds defects in the purchased goods, he is entitled by the law of 27 July 2002 on special provisions for the sale of consumer goods and to amend the Civil Code (GBL 2002, No. 141, item 1176), a free repair or to demand replacement for a new product, unless the repair or replacement is not possible or at costly cost. 2. The shop shall only be liable for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract only if it is determined by the customer as a consumer within 2 years from the date of delivery and only if he has been informed within two months.
3. In the case of defects in the goods purchased in the store, the customer is obliged to report these defects to the shop by e-mail to the address: ania@adoxa.pl. When reporting the defect is to be described exactly and to name the date of purchase and the customer's claims. In the feedback the customer receives information about the kind of the return of the rejected product to the shop. Differences resulting from personal computer settings (proportions, colors, etc.) are no basis for the complaint.
4. The costs for sending the rejected goods are to be borne by the customer. Costs associated with the return of the goods to the customer will be refunded as justified upon receipt of the shipment and acknowledgment of the complaint.
5. The customer will be informed of the expiration of the complaint within 14 days from the date of submission of the complaint. If no response to the customer's claim has been made within the aforementioned deadline, the claim is deemed to be well founded. If the complaint is acknowledged, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another equivalent product, and if it is not possible (for example, because it is a one-off product), the price of the goods will be repaid or another equivalent will be offered for selection.
6. If the fulfillment of the customer's claims is linked to the delivery of a new or repaired goods, all shipping costs will be borne by the shop.
§ 8 Final Conditions
1. For matters not covered by the General Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Law of 27 July 2002 on Special Provisions for the Sale of Consumer Goods and amending the Civil Code and the Law of 2 March 2000 (GBL 2012 on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage caused by Dangerous Products (GBL 2012, No 1225), which is governed by Polish law.
2. The shop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for relevant reasons, such as: For example, in the case of changes in laws (in particular tax law), changes in agreements between suppliers and manufacturers and changes in technology. Any change to the Terms and Conditions will be announced at least 30 days in advance and will only apply to orders placed after the Effective Date of the new version of the Terms and Conditions.
