If you are not sure about sizing, please message me!
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are sorry but we cannot refund postage costs.
Please make sure you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as we are not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit. Items must be returned unworn.
Shipping policies
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct as we will not be responsible for lost mail due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.
Production times:
Delivery estimates are taken from when the item is shipped and not when the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times (After your order has been dispatched):
・UK - Royal Mail 1st Class - 1 - 5 business days
・USA - standard airmail (no tracking) - 14 - 30 business days
・USA - tracked delivery - 9 - 21 business days
Please note that US standard airmail doesn't provide a tracking number - you can upgrade the option at the checkout.
Tracking
Your item is shipped from the UK where we use standard airmail for all international packages. This is NOT trackable and we are unable to provide any information as to where your package is.
You should be prepared to allow up to 30 days for your item to arrive before contacing us. Also remember that shipping times are taken from when the order is dispatched.
It is very rare that a package is lost. If you are concerned about your order please contact us in the first instance.
Packages can be held up along the way occasionally which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you. Mail is not considered lost until 5 weeks have passed. Please be patient if your item hasn't arrived within the 'estimated' time.
Care Instructions
Jewelry I sell requires very little care however, I do recommend :
-removing your jewelry before sleeping,
-keeping away from water,
-taking off swimming
-storing in a cool, dry place
Additional Info
You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc you may incur in your country.
Custom and personalised orders
The personalisation is hand stamped, any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a bespoke design.
If you have something in mind and you can't find it in our store, please send us a message and we will do everything to create a unique piece of jewellery for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We will package your order in a beautiful white gift box with our Diamond Rose Jewellery logo in gold. The giftwrap is available as an optional extra for a small additional charge.
