The conclusion of the contract and the execution of the contract are carried out exclusively in German. With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. By sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods, we can accept this offer. First, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract is only concluded with the dispatch of our order confirmation by e-mail to you or with the delivery of the ordered goods.
When ordering via our "myPartytrends" Etsy online shop, the ordering process includes the following steps:
Select the desired goods by pressing the button 'Add to cart'. To get to your product overview, click on either the button 'Shopping cart' or 'Proceed to checkout'.
The order process continues by pressing the 'Checkout' button.
If you are not yet logged in to Etsy with your customer data, you will then be asked to do so or to open a new customer account.
After successful customer login, enter the delivery address and possibly different billing address and select your payment method.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. Within Germany, shipping takes place by DHL Paket; for deliveries abroad via DHL World Package PREMIUM.
The delivery time within Germany is, unless otherwise stated in the offer, a maximum of 4 working days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
