Payment
1.Scope
For all transactions between margritm and the customer, the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. These GTC are accepted by order, but at the latest upon receipt of the delivery also for future business.
2. Prices
All prices quoted are final prices in Euros.
3. Packaging, shipping and delivery
Packaging, shipping and delivery are subject to a charge. The goods are shipped with DHL and only within the Federal Republic of Germany.
Shipping usually takes place between 1 and 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
4. Due date and payment or default.
The purchase price is due immediately upon order and must be paid by the customer by bank transfer or cash upon collection. The prepayment must be made within 7 days of the purchase of the item. If no payment has been made after 14 days without any contact, I reserve the right to relist the item and sell it elsewhere. You will receive the bank details after completing the order.
5. Retention of title
All ordered items remain the property of the small treasure chest until full payment has been made.
6. Severability clause and legal validity
If parts or individual formulations of this text should no longer or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.B. letter, e-mail) or - if the goods are handed over to you before the deadline - by returning the goods.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
To comply with the revocation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the item is sufficient.

Consequences of revocation:
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.B interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received service to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to its inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. In all other respects, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that impairs its value. Items that can be sent by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the item at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be shipped by parcel will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with their receipt.

If the buyer wants a cheaper shipping, he bears the costs in case of loss and damage. For multiple purchases, I will of course try to send everything in one package to save postage.
