Cash payment at pick-up

The invoice amount can also be paid in cash at the provider's business premises during normal office hours, deducting the shipping costs taken into account.

Shipping

Please contact us if you have an urgent desired delivery date. We will try to fulfill the wish as much as possible.
The goods will be shipped after confirmed receipt of payment. On average, items are shipped after three days. For the estimated delivery time, please refer to the product description.

The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of 2.90 per shipment, worldwide 6.90 euros.

We deliver while stocks last. If, as an exception, an article is not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. Payments already made will then be refunded immediately. In the event of unavailability of the product, other obstacles to delivery and delivery delays, you will be informed immediately by e-mail.

ATTENTION: If the package is returned to us due to a non-delivery (wrong address, repeated non-arrival or non-collection at the post office), you have to bear the new shipping costs yourself.

Object of agreement
This contract regulates the sale of self-made goods via the online shop of the provider. Delivery is only in accordance with our terms and conditions, other terms and conditions of our customers are contradicted.

All products are handmade by ourselves. Posters and postcards are prints of self-painted pictures. Small irregularities in the paper goods (posters, postcards, originals) are part of the artistic design and not a reason for complaint.

Prices, shipping costs, return costs
All prices quoted are final prices in Euros and do not include VAT, as we are small entrepreneurs according to §19 Abs.1 UStG. Additional shipping costs apply depending on the size and weight of the goods as well as the shipping destination.

If there is a right of revocation and this is used, the customer bears the costs of the return. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to avoid transport damage. The return risk lies with you.

Ownership
Until full payment, the delivered goods remain our property.

Conclusion
