5 out of 5 starsThe necklace is very fine and beautiful, the personal engraving looks great, all good. Unfortunately, now comes the big BUT: zero communication from the saleswoman. I asked when ordering if the necklace could be delivered on time (was for my wedding with date engraving) - no answer. The chain arrived without notice (fortunately earlier than indicated) on 14.9., on 16.9. it was only marked as sent on Etsy. Even if everything went well, I would have liked at least a short message. Customer orientation looks different.

Yes, a dark discoloration of the silver jewelry with little wearing is normal and not a sign of inferior quality. Metals oxidize over time, but can be restored to full gloss with a polishing cloth. You can buy a silver polishing cloth in my shop.
What does Gold Filled mean? And is there a difference to conventional gilding?
Gold filled refers to a process in which an outer layer of real gold (585) is joined to a metal core. The layer is up to 100 times thicker than conventional gilding. There is no risk of flaking.
What is the effect of the black plate in the plastic bag that I got when I bought my silver jewelry?
The black plate is a tarnish protection pad and protects against dark discoloration of your silver jewelry. As already mentioned, this is normal with little wearing and not a sign of inferior quality. If you are not wearing your silver jewelry, you should store it in this bag as a precaution.
