All furniture is handmade in the Ein Mann Manufaktur VORNDAMME in Bochum.
Design and realization of individual room concepts and tailor-made unique furniture. The basis is the use of waste wood, which is supplemented by new metal elements and thus receives a new function. Form and design are influenced by architecture and the basics of statics. The focus is on sustainability and a reduced design language.

1. What information I collect
In order for me to process your order, you must provide me with certain information (for which you have authorized Etsy to provide it to me). 2. Why I need your information and how I use it

if you have given your express consent (which you can revoke at any time), for example by subscribing to my newsletter distribution list;

3. Disclosure and Disclosure of Information
Customer data is important to my business. I only disclose your personal data for certain reasons and in very specific circumstances, as follows:
Etsy: I share information with Etsy as needed to fulfill my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Service Providers: I hire certain trusted third-party service providers to perform tasks and provide services for my store, such as parcel services. I pass on your personal data to these third parties, but only to the extent that it is necessary for the performance of these services.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the U.S. and other countries. Therefore, I may transfer your personal data to countries whose data protection and regulatory monitoring laws differ from the relevant laws in your country. If I am expected to transfer information about you to countries outside the EU, I rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
6. Your rights

Access: You may have the right to access and obtain a copy of the personal data I hold about you by writing to me using the contact information below.

With the exception of exceptional circumstances (such as when I need to store data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal data upon request.
Objection: You can object to this, 1. that I process some of your data with regard to my legitimate interests and 2. that you receive marketing messages from me after you have previously expressly consented to this. In such cases, I will delete your personal data unless I can prove convincing legitimate reasons for its further use or it is necessary for legal reasons.
