The beginning of Bear Valley

The whole thing started with a self-sewn cat for my daughter, who should have two different colored eyes. So I tried more cuts for stuffed animals - especially teddy bears. Now the teddy fever has gripped me and is still ongoing.

My bears are hand-sewn mainly from original Schulte mohair, with joints on the arms, legs and head. New bears also get a humming voice and wait for loving adoptive parents.

Angefangen hat das Ganze mit einer selbst genähten Katze für meine Tochter, die zwei verschieden farbige Augen haben sollte. So probierte ich weitere Schnitte für Stofftiere - insbesondere Teddybären - aus. Nun hat mich das Teddyfieber erfasst und hält noch immer an.

Meine Bären sind handgenäht vorwiegend aus original Schulte-Mohair, mit Gelenken an Armen, Beinen und Kopf. Neue Bären bekommen auch eine Brummstimme und warten auf liebevolle Adoptiveltern.
