This chair looks lovely and I was super excited to receive it, even putting off buying other furniture for my sitting room until it arrived and I'd be able to see how it fit, and if I wanted two. I ordered it in mid-August and the expected delivery date was between 5-20 September. Unfortunately, a month went past and I still hadn't heard anything. The seller ignored multiple different messages and only responded when I opened a case with Etsy, saying it would be dispatched that week. Another week went by, still nothing. Thankfully, Etsy refunded me and I'll buy a different chair elsewhere. I don't mind waiting for a quality product, and I totally understand that delays happen, but I definitely expect to be kept in the loop when that happens—or at least not ignored entirely!

Order taken and after 4 weeks told that the item was not going to be shipped due to some issue. Ok, that refund was organised well but no response to message to see if order could be completed at a future date. One big mess and you need to review your procedures as the customer here is extremely disappointing.

Fantastic chair I’m delighted with the style and workmanship. I would have no hesitation in recommending this seller or purchasing similar items in the future.

Ordered at the start of June and on 11th July advised customs too expensive to send to the UK so cancelled my order. Very disappointing

I purchased the 2 seater sofa. The sofa is well constructed and is identical to that in the site pictures. One point to mention is the width, which is 114cm rather than the 135cm mentioned on Etsy. However, I would recommend the sofa and you will not be disappointed.

the finished product is really very beautiful and very faithful to the photos. very nice work, bravo. on the other hand it should not be in a hurry, because between the work that this represents and the delivery time it can take more time than initially planned to the order.
