Anspruch:
Sollte binnen 14 Tage kein Geldeingang zu verzeichnen sein, so verfällt der Anspruch auf die bestellte Ware.
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung mein Eigentum.

Information zur Berechnung des Liefertermins

Die Frist für die Lieferung beginnt bei Zahlung per Vorkasse am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut bzw. bei paypal-Zahlungen am Tag nach Zahlungseingang zu laufen und endet mit dem Ablauf des letzten Tages der Frist. Fällt der letzte Tag der Frist auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder einen am Lieferort staatlich anerkannten allgemeinen Feiertag, so tritt an die Stelle eines solchen Tages der nächste Werktag.

Mehrere gleichzeitig bestellte Artikel werden in einer gemeinsamen Sendung geliefert; es gilt für die gemeinsame Sendung die Lieferzeit des Artikels mit der längsten Lieferzeit.

Die Ware wird als Postpaket (Deutschland) verschickt.

Versandkosten Ausland:
Die angegebenen Versandkosten sind ein Richtwert. Die tatsächlichen Kosten können erst anhand des Umfangs der Bestellung dem Zielort berechnet werden. Die tatsächlichen Versandkosten können also von dem angegebenen Preis von 9,90€ abweichen.

General terms and conditions of the etsy-shop "ungiko"


§ 1 - Supplier, inclusion of the GTC

(1) Supplier and contractual partner for the goods presented in the etsy shop "ungiko" is: Dorett Liebold, Strasse der Einheit 62, 06268 Querfurt OT Niederschmon (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").

(2) These general terms and conditions are an integral part of any contractual agreement between the supplier and the respective purchaser. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the Purchaser shall be objected.


§ 2 - Offer and Conclusion of Contract

(1) The offerer offers the articles presented in his etsy shop "ungiko" to other etsy users for purchase. The color representation of the articles on the website may vary slightly depending on the internet browser used and the monitor settings of the customer; These deviations are technically never completely avoidable.

(2) Goods selection, contract conclusion and contract handling are in German language.

(3) The supplier delivers in Germany, the EU, Switzerland and the USA.

(4) The customer selects the desired goods by placing them in the "shopping cart" or clicking on the button "go directly to the checkout". Finally, the order can be sent to the supplier via the button "order to pay". The customer has the possibility at any time, up to the sending of his order request, to view and to change the data specified in the order, or to cancel the order altogether.

(5) For the goods presented in the shop of the offerer, the offerer offers a binding purchase offer. By sending the order request via the button "order to pay" the customer accepts the purchase offer. The provider confirms the contract conclusion by e-mail (contract confirmation).

(6) The contents of concluded contracts are stored in the etsy user account of the customer and can be viewed at any time for the customer in the etsy portal.

(7) In the event of any impediments to delivery or other circumstances which would preclude the fulfillment of the contract, the supplier shall inform the customer by e-mail. A partial delivery is only made with the consent of the purchaser.


§ 3 - Prices and payment

(1) All product prices are final prices plus shipping costs. The charges contain 19% sales tax.

(2) The shipping costs are listed under the menu item "Payment & Shipping".

(3) In the case of deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import turnover tax may be payable by the Purchaser upon receipt of the consignment to the customs authorities. These taxes are additional to the purchase price and the shipping costs and are not to be influenced by the offerer.

(4) The offerer delivers at the option of the orderer against prepayment by bank transfer or in advance by means of PayPal payment.

A) If the customer has chosen "bank transfer" as the method of payment, the customer is informed of the bank connection of the provider. The seller accepts transfers from abroad only as non-cash payments in euro.

B) If the customer chooses "PayPal" as a payment method, he or she can use the "Click here to pay with PayPal" button to pay via PayPal.

(5) For prepayment orders, a payment period of one week from receipt of the contract confirmation applies. The supplier shall return the desired goods for the duration of the payment period for the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to effect payment in due time so that it is received by the supplier within the deadline. The supplier reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and sell the goods elsewhere if the payment has not been received by the deadline. The Customer shall be reimbursed for any payment received by the Purchaser after withdrawal.


§ 4 - Shipping, Delivery Periods

(1) The supplier shall deliver the goods to be delivered to the shipping company within the time specified in the respective product description from the complete payment receipt.

(2) If not stated differently in the description of the article, the shipping company will need to deliver about 2 business days within Germany and - depending on the distance - up to 9 business days to other countries.

(3) If the delivery to the customer fails because the customer has specified the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt is only made if the purchaser accepts the costs for the re-dispatch. The new shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed at the conclusion of the contract. The supplier shall notify the customer of the costs of re-delivery by e-mail. A re-dispatch is only after payment of these costs.


§ 5 - Return of goods as consumers

(1) Purchasers who purchase goods as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal requirements (§§ 312d, 355 BGB). Details to this can be seen in the cancellation policy.

(2) If the purchaser is a consumer, the contracting parties agree in the event of the exercise of the right of revocation that the customer bears the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the order ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed 40 euros Or if the purchaser has not rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the goods at the time of the revocation.

(3) Insofar as the purchaser has to bear the return costs, the amount of money to be refunded by the supplier and the return costs to be refunded by the purchaser can be offset against one another.

(4) Consumers with a permanent residence outside Germany shall also be granted a 14-day notice period if the national law of the consumer provides for a shorter period.

(5) Consumers who are permanently resident outside Germany are allowed to submit their declaration of revocation in text form even if the national law of the consumer provides for a more stringent form. If the national law of the consumer presents a simpler form than the text form (for example, an oral declaration), the revocation declaration is also effective in the simpler form. The exercise of the right of revocation is also possible for all consumers by means of timely return of the goods.

(6) For consumers with a permanent residence in Switzerland, the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 and the conditions and legal consequences of the German consumer's right of revocation shall also apply if a revocation is not provided for under Swiss law.


§ 6 - Warranty

The warranty rights of the customer are governed by statutory provisions.


§ 7 - Final Provisions

(1) The supplier collects and processes the data entered by the purchaser as part of his purchase for the purposes of contract processing and fulfillment. If the Purchaser uses the service of PayPal to pay for his purchase, the PayPal Privacy Policy applies to the payment process. PayPal will act as a fulfillment aid of the customer, not the supplier.

(2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN purchase law. However, German law does not apply to consumers with a permanent residence abroad, in so far as the national law of the consumer contains provisions which can not be dealt with by the consumer at the expense of the consumer.

(3) Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions prove to be invalid or impracticable, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
