Standard shipping – If you’re from UE you will get a tracking number, Canada and USA can’t track their package.

Items are shipped to the address provided on Etsy, make sure it's the correct one. If you wish to ship item to the different address, convo me right after placing your order. Parcels returned to me due to incorrect addresses will be resent at additional cost to purchaser.

Of course, we make jewelry, hats, scarves, and other accessories to custom order, also personalized versions (earrings, necklaces with monogram). I love custom orders :) Please send me a message and I will gladly assist in designing a piece perfect for you. Additional fees or longer processing time may apply depending on the complexity of the piece. CUSTOM ORDERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR RETURN AND REFUND.

When buying natural gemstones jewellery or shaded yarn accessories, please note that there may be slight differences in the color of the stones, the density of the strips or the color scheme. Despite all efforts to reliably process your orders, we can not avoid it. In each pair of earrings the stones are carefully selected to match each other, but they may not look exactly like the stones in the picture.

According to the law in force, in most cases you can return the purchased item. Excluded from this are items made to order.
The returned item with complete set of undamaged tags should be sent back to us, we refund cost only after receiving the pieces back. We do not refund the cost of your return shipping.

If your package didn’t show up in 7 weeks since shipping, please:
1. Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident.
2. Check with family members – it is not unheard of that someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight
3. Ask the delivery postal or contact your post office asking if is there anything addressed for you. Sometimes the postman doesn’t leave any information about package and you need to do this by yourself. If you don't get the package, I can make a complaint at my post office - they need about 3 months to find out what happened and eventually refund. After confirmation that they lost the package, I will refund your money.

CARE FOR JEWELRY:
- Avoid prolonged contact with water (showering or swimming), prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, drastic changes in temperature.
- Remove your jewelry when applying perfume, hairspray, or other beauty products, and when you using harsh chemicals.
- Jewelry can be cleaned and polished with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, then immediately remove the remaining moisture with a dry cloth.

CARE FOR KNITTED / CROCHET ACCESSORIES
Acrylic and Wool blend yarn, Acrylic yarn items - Machine or hand wash in cool water (86°F/ 30°C), lay flat to dry, do not bleach, cool iron
Cotton yarn items - machine or hand wash in cool water with like colors, dry flat or on low heat in the dryer, do not Iron.

Should an item arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials. Photograph both the item overall with its packaging and up-close of the damaged area. Do not send the item back without prior communication the post office will not cover any damages under the insurance should you send it back. Etsy also considers an unauthorized return as a forced return and is against Etsy Terms of Use.
