Fig mustard



For the production of our mustard, in contrast to other products,
ground and process the complete mustard seed.
As a result, the mustard retains its coarse structure and has a
high proportion of mustard oils.
Fresh figs are treated with the addition of cane sugar
and fresh lemon made a fig puree.
