"I wanted to wait till I've used the bag a little, which I have done now. I need to drag a laptop to work each day and a normal handzahm was starting to really hurt my shoulder. Nonetheless I wanted to be able to carry the bag as a handbag if needed depending on outfit as I think even nice leather rucksacks aren't always smart enough for all settings. The design is lovely and classic. Easy to switch over (you may want yo adjust strap length though.option to secure the straps in backpack 'mode' Fits a laptop (my 13" fits easily, a larger one just about ), and the odd other things you need, chargers wallet, a slim umbrella. But it is a slim design so there are limits. Extra pockets on the back super handy for wallet & phone (a little tight, zipper can scratch but expecting to ease with wear) Recommend, perfect for what I wante"
