What defines our BottleBread is created in our Franconian homeland: a tasty bread baking mix with that special something.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, rye flour, sunflower seeds, linseeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, salt, dry yeast.

How do you bake a BottleBread?
Preparing our BottleBread is child’s play:
Put the contents of the bottle together with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 500ml of lukewarm water into a mixing bowl and knead the dough into a homogeneous mass. Then pour the dough into a greased loaf pan.
Your BottleBread doesn't have to rise! Simply slide the pan into the oven (which hasn't been preheated).
After 60 minutes of baking at 180° (fan oven) or 200° (top and bottom heat), your bread will be wonderfully crispy and golden brown.
With BottleBread you are guaranteed to hit the mark visually and taste-wise. Whether for friends, acquaintances, sisters, parents, aunts or grandparents - so far everyone who has received the gift has been thrilled with the BottleBread.
The preparation is very easy and the bread (approx. 1,000g) tastes delicious!
