Über mich

A native New Yorker, I have lived in Morocco with my family (husband and two small children) for three years. Previously we spent three years in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (and before that Milan, Italy and Berkeley!). In these countries I have discovered some wonderful artistic traditions. In Uzbekistan I opened and ran an art school for local children (some of whom had never painted on huge paper or held clay in their hands.) It was hugely rewarding and a big success. Here in Morocco I am having great fun applying traditional materials in new ways...
