Wunderschöne Perlen aber seeeehr lange Lieferzeit und auch teilweise keine Antwort auf Emails.. trotzdem .. die Perlen sind so schön und die Verkäuferin sehr sympatisch - ich werde hier wieder einkaufen gehen.

Items arrived all whole and well, despite the fact that hollow glass beads were shipped. The beads themselves are beautiful, and just as expected. Shipping took its time, but that may have been due to the chaos caused by that volcano in Iceland erupting. However, I'm giving only 4 stars because of lack of communication. For quite some time I had no clue if my payment via Paypal actually went through, as the status remained stuck at "confirmed", and my inquiry regarding the matter was never replied to. D= My request to mark the envelope's contents as "fragile"/"Zerbrechlich" (our regular postman is known to stuff envelopes into the mailbox by brute force, because otherwise he's obliged to take them back to the post office) was ignored (???) as well. I never received a reply or an explanation. Sunyo, please do communicate more with your customers, if nothing happens for several days, they'll want to KNOW what's going on! D= Bestellung kam wohlbehalten an, trotz der Tatsache, daß hier hohle (!!!) Glasperlen verschickt wurden. Die Perlen selbst sind wunderschön, genau wie erhofft. Der Versand jedoch nahm einige Zeit in Anspruch, was an den Chaos gelegen haben mag der durch den Vulkanausbruch in Island verursacht wurde. Jedoch gibt es trotzdem nur 4 Sternchen, mangels Kommunikation. Nachdem ich via Paypal bezahlt hatte, verblieb der Bestellstatus noch mehrere Tage auf "bestätigt", meine Anfrage, als auch meine Bitte den Umschlag bitte mit "Fragile/Zerbrechlich" zu kennzeichnen (unser Postbote ist ein ziemlicher Brutalo) wurde entweder ignoriert, oder kam nie an. Eine Erklärung dafür habe ich nie erhalten. Sunyo, bitte kommuniziere mehr mit dienen Kunden! Wenn mehrere Tage lang gar nichts passiert, wollen die wissen woran sie sind! D= |
