Über mich
I live in France with my partner (who's French). I LOVE vintage clothes. Ever since I've had money I've spent it on vintage. My grandmother nearly died years ago when I went through a phase of wearing her old silk slips over my jeans! My favorite era's are 'La Belle Epoque' and the roaring 20's and 30's. I feel such an affinity with these periods. I love reading about life in Paris during those times and the amazing lives of the 'women of the left bank'. I really admire Dita Von Tease and the glamour she has brough to burlesque. She is my style icon. Another icon of mine is the singer Tori Amos I have been a fan since I first heard her songs at the age of 15. She is a strong woman with wonderful eclectic style and I think she's just great!
I love to read, I read anything from crime to classics. Not a big sports woman, though I should probably do some, good for the heart and head!
After years working in Finance my partner and I decided to move to France. I have decided to return to my first love: vintage. I would love to open a shop where we live but for the moment online's where it's at.
