flawlessbydesignCre8 18.02.2012 00:28i too haven't had any success on Dawanda yet! i have great products, great prices and great pictures! i will be patient i know i will have some success on here pretty soon!
IndraMayu 18.02.2012 16:55@ flawlessbydesignCre8 : Some of your pics are too dark, try to highlight them and take them from different angles. Oh, and participate in the "Farbaktion" on the German site, you'd get a free and nice marketing if you make it to the front page!
All in all, gotta say its damn hard to sell here on Dawanda, had an okay first month, but the second one has been tough! I continuously add new products and (still) believe everything's gonna turn out just fine! :)

YolandaMin 08.03.2012 18:15 bearbeitet am: 08.03.2012 18:17Hi to all of you,
I love Dawanda, it’s like a big space full of beautiful creations from wonderful people!! I am not a seller but a very happy customer, do you want to know why? here you will find some reasons:
1. I love sellers who reply to questions with a "smile" I love friendly and caring service.... sometimes I even did not get any reply at all, that is really frustrating.....
2. I love sellers who are just happy with my ideas and try as much as possible to make my wishes come true......
3. I love sellers who send my purchases quick; it's always nice to find a little gift :) too.....
4. I love sellers who try to understand what I mean. I know language is a handicap but we both seller and customer can manage if we really want, sure!!.....
5. I love sellers who list often and innovate, I love that!!....
6. I love sellers who keep me informed about the custom item and send me pictures....
Thanks and hugs from our sunny Spain

magdamagdaFashion 04.04.2012 10:31Lots of great advice in this thread! I don't get many shop visitors or many pins so i really need to start working on my traffic! Good luck to all!
kittyanydots 07.04.2012 00:28thank you for posting such great feedback and tips, yolandamin! :)
Le-Pon-Pon 18.04.2012 00:32I opened a shop about a month ago at the same time both on Dewanda and Etsy. On Etsy I arleady made 3 sales but here nothing. I guess here is more difficult to attract buyers. Well, patience is the only solution and good faith.
MALAkO 20.04.2012 12:45Hi and Smile to Everyone ♥
I have a need to somebody help me with an advice - I opened My DaWanda shop about a month ago, but still too silent in it and I haven't sells.
I created all my works with love, I think my photos are quite ok, product and prices also... I don't create a list in German, because I don’t speak this language. What can I do to attract the customers' attention?!Thanks in advance ~Yours Nataliya Malakova~ Wishing You All the Best

Nemki 03.06.2012 23:45This topic is really useful as I'm new to Dawanda, I bookmarked it to read later.
In my experience the most important things for generating lots of sales are GREAT photographs and a lot of promotion to a specific audience.

oldfashioned 23.08.2012 03:03Hello
@ MALAkO
me, i am also new - and i think it is more attraktive, when your shop has more items (more than 15).
It looks more "serious"
I also work on it !
... and also on my patience ;) haha
PIYOYO 24.08.2012 18:48I'm new here too. hope i can make my first sale soon :)

By the way : Can someone tell me how to relist an item??
HilkkahandMadedawanda 25.08.2012 22:33I´m also new here. Thank you all for sharing it helps a lot!
lisaastrup 06.10.2012 10:15Piyoyo, for relisting you have to cancel the one you will relist and start over, sorry - but that is how its done, more work :)
lisaastrup 06.10.2012 10:16hi YolandaMin.
It's so nice to hear back from a buyer, thanks for the info.
Please visit my shop with jewelry if you have the time :)
Catherine-DaWanda 10.10.2012 16:14Hi PIYOYO,
Actually you do not need to delete a listing to relist it. If you have sold something, it will move to your ended listings (if you have only entered an availablility of one).
You need only to go to your ended listings and reactivate it, if you have the same product available again. Please note, if you have more than one of your listings, you can increase the availability so the listing will stay active if you receive an order for it.
Please feel free to contact us directly at feedback-en@dawanda.com if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Catherine
