Forum > Categories & Product Characteristics > Style section in the product characteristics
lasidi 21.09.2008 17:13Hi. I have been updating my products with the new categories and characteristics and I have noticed that I always get stuck on the style panel as I just do no know what to choose from what is there. Most my polymer clay is abstract and quite modern looking.. and I would like to see a style like that on the panel. What do you think? Any other suggestions?
And.. a little help, please. What style would you give theese pendants?

NicoleHill 04.10.2008 18:10I don't know what style I'd class them as, but they are *gorgeous* - I hadn't seen your shop before and will now have to go and look at everything in it!
If we get a "contemporary" style, as requested in another thread, I'd put them in there...

lasidi 05.10.2008 17:53Thank you NicoleHill! :)
I've seen some of the threads begging for some new styles.. and I do think they are needed as there must be more people out there with the same problem..
elizabeth 06.10.2008 15:28HI Nicole and Lasidi,
We hope to add more styles and I forwarded the development team your suggestions to add "Contemporary" and "Abstract". We should be making an announcement soon about how we update the new structure with your feedback.
lasidi 07.10.2008 21:37Wow, thank you Elizabeth!! It would really be great to have at least one of these two added to the list :)
kittyanydots 12.10.2008 18:32I'd like more styles too :) I use "playful" for my cute items, but sometimes have a tough time choosing other appropriate ones. Perhaps "colorful"? I don't really understand "rich" :)
Under "motif" I have a hard time choosing something to fit my style sometimes. Also, with drawings, I'd prefer to see just "ink" instead of the more specific "tusche/indian ink."
I understand this takes a lot of work, so thanks for all the category and style add-ons! :)
kittyanydots 26.10.2008 04:11"goth" or "gothic" would also be a good style to add =]
lasidi 05.01.2009 21:24Hi and happy new year!
Any update on our 'new' styles?
CraftyGoth 12.03.2009 19:50I have the same problem, as most of my stuff is either dark/goth/creepy or fantasy, and none of the existing styles match. It would be great to see more styles added :>
cuada 08.09.2009 00:10Hi - just stumbled accross this thread - i agree that i find it very difficult to pick styles for some of my items. I also find it difficult when I'm searching to buy something. 'Rich' & 'Dazzling' are two that I don't really get - maybe they make more sense in their German translations.
Categories that would be clearer and more helpful to buyers and sellers would be ones like - Gothic/dark (as suggested above) and ones like 'Retro' 'Contemporary' 'minimalist' - I'm sure there are others too. These would be less confusing for us all - as rich and dazzling seem more a matter of opinion/taste than an explanation of 'Style'.
kalicat 16.09.2009 21:16I think the "Rich" , is "Opulent"
and dazzling seems to be used to describe Bling
