When I dragged one of my porducts to its category, it wouldn't droppped there. It just moved with my mouse to wherever the mouse went and created a mess on the screen. After I refreshed the page, not one product was sucessfully put in the categories. Need help please!

This is a known problem DaWanda has with Internet Explorer. Could you please let us know if you are using that browser?

You can also edit the shop category by clicking "Edit this product" on the item page and selecting the correct category.

Will, thanks for your reply. Yes, I use Internet Explorer. So, which broswer do you suggest that works better with Dawanda?

I did figure out how to add my items to their categories by using "Edit this product". Thanks anyway.

Hi,

This particular problem doesn't happen in Firefox, you should be able to use the drag and drop feature with that browser.
