If you wish to return an item, please e-mail me first.
Due to the personal nature of earrings and bobby pins, I cannot accept returns on those items.
Returned items are sent at your expense and must be received in their original condition within 10 days of your e-mail for exchange or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment is via PAYPAL only and is expected after the order is confirmed. Orders not paid for after confirmation will be cancelled and the item returned to shop inventory. If you do not intend to pay for your item(s), please do not place a purchase order at my shop.
When I have mailed your package, I will mark it shipped on the purchase order and you will receive an email. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive ~ once the package is mailed, I have no control over the amount of time it will take for your package to arrive!
Delivery times vary per region and this is an estimate only.
1) to GERMANY 10-15 business days
2) to FRANCE 10-15 business days
