Rückgaberecht nur für unbenutzte Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen von Eingang der Ware bei Ihnen. Rückgaberecht gilt nicht für die Artikel, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt wurden. Die Versandkosten der Rücksendung sind vom Käufer zu tragen.
Bitte so bald wie möglich mich kontaktieren, wenn es irgendwelche Problemen mit Ihrer Bestellung gibt (Rückgabe, beschädigte oder verlorene Ware usw.).

You have the right to return items purchased from this shop for a refund within 14 days of the receipt without giving an explanation. Return is accepted only to unused items sent back in the same condition as received. Return is not accepted for made-to-order items that were created according to customer’s wishes. The return postage is to be paid by the buyer.
Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order, like return, damaged goods, lost mail, etc., so we can work out the best solution.

Als Zahlungsmethoden sind Paypal (bzw. Kreditkarte via Paypal) oder EU-Banküberweisung nach Estland zu wählen. Nach dem Kauf erhalten Sie eine Bestellungsbestätigung mit allen Informationen per E-mail. Die Zahlung sollte innerhalb von sieben Tagen erfolgen, andernfalls wird die Bestellung storniert. Die Ware wird innerhalb 1-2 Werktagen nach dem Geldeingang geliefert.
Ihre Bestellung wird normalerweise mit Luftpost versendet (kostspielige Artikel nur per Einschreiben). Bitte geben Sie es mir Bescheid, falls Sie einen anderen Lieferungsservice bevorzugen.
Versand nach Europa dauert etwa 4-5 Werktagen.

Payment methods accepted in this shop are Paypal (or credit card via Paypal) and bank transfer to an Estonian bank account. After the purchase, you will receive an E-mail confirmation with all the necessary details. Payment for your order is expected within seven days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is received.
All orders are shipped by airmail worldwide (more expensive items by registered mail only). Do not hesitate to contact me for a price quote if you prefer some other type of delivery.
Approximate delivery times by mail are 4-5 business days to Europe, 10-14 business days to US and 2-3 weeks to everywhere else.
