My preferred method of payment is Paypal, however if this is not possible I will also accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account (but please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear) - sorry but due to the high transaction fees I cannot accept cheques drawn on NON-UK banks.
I also have the facility to send an invoice from Google Checkout. If you would like to use this method please contact me with your registered Google Checkout email address and I will forward an invoice.

Damaged Goods: Refunds will only be offered where it can be proven that an item is faulty. This will require its return to me, in the original packaging, for my inspection.
Lost in Transit: It is rare but occasionally items do get lost in the post, though please allow a reasonable period for an item to be delivered. Delays can be caused by adverse weather, extra customs security checks and busy holiday periods, industrial action... please do bear these in mind before reporting an item as lost.

All items are dispatched using Royal Mail within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds Monday to Friday. Any items bought over the weekend or a bank holiday will be posted the next available working day.
I always obtain a proof of posting.

International - Airmail
Estimated Delivery Times:
UK: 1-3 Working Days
Europe: 3-5 Working Days
US & Canada: 5-10 Working Days (Please be aware that parcels may be delayed at customs, particularly at busy periods - This is beyond my control) - I have been advised that extra Security checks are in place at US Customs which is causing a long delay in deliveries.
Australia: 7-10 Working Days
