We ship every WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY (except public holiday in Hong Kong, this will be announced in our Shop Announcement). If you would like to get your items asap? Just message us, we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
All the items will be shipped from HONG KONG. Most of the shipments have NO tracking numbers. If you would like to have registered mail? Please add "Registered Mail" order in the item page.
Shipment will take around 7 to 10 days to arrive Europe and US, we don't guarantee the custom clearance.
For some cases, 3 weeks to arrive Europe and US could happen. It may due to overloading period of holiday.
