I prefer paypal. This is the easiest and safest method for you and me.
I know that not everyone is signed up for paypal so I will also bank deposits and cash on delivery.
Payment must be made within 5 days. If this is a problem, please send me a message to let me know. If payment is not made within 7 days, the sale will be cancelled.

I don´t accept refunds. If you are not 100% happy with any of our products please contact me within 14 days. As long as items are returned in the original state, I can exchange them for other products from my store (excluding postage).

I will post your order within 1 week of receiving payment. Items are all handmade, which is why I ask for 1 week. Please contact me if they are needed more quickly.
All items are shipped from Spain by certified mail. Items shipped overseas are shipped by air mail.
-Shipping is done through "Correos España",registered mail with tracking available.
-Delays to mail sent to the USA
The United States Department of Homeland Security has recently increased its security for packets carried on passenger airlines. This is resulting in delays to some packets bound for the US.It could take up to 30 days in some cases.
-Delivery time is 3-4 days in Spain ,6-8 days for the rest of Europe ,9-16 for New Zealand and Australia(note that sometimes depending on the destination it could take a little longer (around 20 days).For other destinations,please contact me.
If by any chance an item is lost/damaged due to postal service, please contact me to discuss futher about the next steps to take.
