AGB
1. Our items are being sewn for min. 2 and max. 5 working days upon receipt of payment. Exceptions in production time are possible, so please always refer to the particular product description or custom estimate.
2. All orders are being sent out with tracking number from our sewing studios in Sofia (BG), Milan (IT) or Serres (GR) via Registered Mail.
The quality of sewing and design is equal in each one of the studios no matter where in the EU they are located. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our DaWanda Shop.
3. Custom made individual orders (upon special request orders) are usually shipping ready within 15-20 working days (making time) upon receipt of payment. It also depends on material supply, work load and season.
Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung
1. In general our DaWanda Shop does not issue refunds once the order is accomplished (confirmed, paid and sewn) and the product is sent.
If for some reason you'd like to return an item you can do so within 2 days of receiving it and must cover the restocking fee of 25% of the item's selling price. First you must inform us and then send back the item via trackable mail in its perfect, original condition. If those requirements are met, our shop will issue the refund of 75% of the selling price to the customer immediately upon receipt of the item.
Shipping fees are to be covered by the buyer in both directions.
Our shop does not accept returns and does not issue refunds for discounted items and custom made items.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this policy upon purchasing any item at our DaWanda Shop.
2. Seller can always cancel an order and fully refund payment due to material supply reasons, if necessary.
Customers can cancel an order within 2 working days upon order confirmation. If the customer fails to do so and still wants to cancel an order at a later stage there will be a restocking fee of 25% of the selling price of items ordered.
3. All items undergo test checks before shipping to ensure our quality standards. That means every item you receive will be fully functional on delivery (zippers, magnetic buttons, clasps, handles etc.) and in good optical state as pictured.
4. Linings may differ as lining materials may vary in type, prints or colors.
If any other designing changes become necessary during the making process, you will be notified in a timely manner.
5. Our Shop can't carry any responsibilty for transportation damages that may occur during shipping or for non-delivery due to return-to-sender cases.
Return-to-sender cases include:
- wrong shipping address provided by the customer.
- post office left notice for package delivery, customer didn't react within deadline.
6. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.
7. Shipping costs remain on customer's behalf in any of the above cases and are not object of refund. In return-to-sender and return cases customers must cover the second time shipping costs as well.
In any of the above cases you should accompany your request with detailed and grounded reasons. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not in perfect order on delivery date as it is described in our Shop.
Please make sure your request does not contradict the above Terms and Conditions.
Angaben zu Bezahlung und Versand
Paying via PayPal includes an additional transaction fee for the customer of 5% on the payable amount.
Paying via Banktransfer doesn't include additional fees.

Shipping time is 7-14 working days for Europe and 9-15 working days for the rest of the world, depending on country and season.
