I want my work to get to you in perfect condition so it is carefully packed. If something should be damaged in shipping, please save the damaged item and packing materials so I can file a claim. I will either refund your money (including shipping) or replace the piece.
It is important to me that you enjoy having and using my work. If for any reason you receive something that you are not happy with, please contact me.

Suggest combined shipping. It'll be more affordable. We’ll give 40% discount to the shipping fee for the 2nd, 3rd items.
If you are purchasing a gift and would like me to use new boxes and packing materials for your gift, please let me know when you place the order. There is no extra charge.
