I give a 100% refund within 14 days of the delivery.
The customer is responsible for shipment expenses in both ways. The item must be returned unworn and in original condition. Please contact me for the shipment address.
Replacement items will be sent only after I receive the items to be replaced.
Regretfully I cannot refund or replace custom orders.

Payment
I accept PayPal or credit cards via PayPal. You can use PayPal service without being registered in PayPal prior to the purchase. The registration is fast and simple.
Shipping
Please check the item shipping time. If you want to complete the order faster, it is possible, just send me a message.
I use a registered air mail service. Shipping time from Israel depends on the destination. In most cases it takes 10-21 days. To some destinations it may take more, up to a month.
If you need to receive your item faster please contact me for express shipment rates.
There is an option of EMS (delivery during 3-5 business days) it usually costs around $25-$30, depending on the weight and the destination.
In case custom fees are applied in the destination country it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them.
