The shipment of the items takes place within 1 to 4 days (always meant working days) after the order. Usually the package goes to the post office the next day. If the order has arrived early and I am at home, often on the same day.
Sometimes it can only be after a few days (maximum 4), namely when my husband and I are on the road with the WoMo for 1 to 3 days. For various reasons, we can usually only drive during the week and not on weekends. But then I contact me via my mobile phone and let me know when the package goes to the post office. The shipping date can of course also be requested before placing an order.

Note: for various - mainly family-related - reasons I no longer accept any commissioned work - not even with a large time window and hope for understanding.

If you are interested in items that have already been sold (if you want to see what has already been sold, just go to "Sales" and click on it), this can of course be communicated to me. If such an article - sooner or later - is back in the shop, I will be happy to inform you on request without obligation.

In addition:
- because of Corona it can take one or the other day longer with the parcel delivery (I only ship with DHL).

My name is Angela and my passion is ceramics. This has been the case for many, many years, and there is no end in sight.

The production of ceramics (including those of cast ceramics) is very complex and the wage is almost always a pittance, but it is still simply great. I love it!

With me there is a very versatile offer - both cast ceramics and hand-made pottery. All my ceramics have been and are carefully handmade from scratch by me. I water myself and do NOT use cold paints. Everything is burned in, completely weatherproof and many things are frostproof. More details can be found in the respective article.

There are always new - exclusively by me - manufactured articles in the shop - and from time to time a few articles from the material and accessories area.

I am happy about any interest.

When you make a purchase, you will ALWAYS receive the item shown. Please pay attention to the size information! Articles often appear larger or smaller in the photos than they actually are.

I point out color deviations that are recognizable to me. Small color deviations - for example from monitor to monitor - are still always possible.

No VAT is levied and accordingly not shown, as the seller is a small entrepreneur according to § 19 USTG.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Now something about the shipping costs, which is very close to my heart.

I ship ONLY AS A PACKAGE (with DHL). Only then do I get a tracking number and have proof.

After sending a parcel, the recipient receives this tracking number from me by e-mail.

All items are packed very carefully.

Often I have to opt for a 5 kg package, although it would be a 2 kg package in weight. This is due to the given dimensions. A 2 kg package may only be 15 cm high, and this is often not enough, as ceramic articles naturally have to be well padded. After all, everything should arrive safely.

My item prices are my real prices for each item. I have NOT added any shipping costs (even pro rata) to the item price, so that I can make the shipping costs appear lower. If I were to specify lower shipping costs, I would inevitably have to add the missing ones to the item price, because otherwise it simply does not pay off.
I really don't want to earn anything from the packaging and shipping costs, but I can't afford to add them either.

There are also some other items that a seller - apart from the costs of production - has to cover from the article prices - e.B. listing fees - commission for Etsy - fees for pay-pal payments or similar - fees for the provision and updating of the legal texts of an online shop - legally prescribed fees for the accumulation of packaging waste (even if you take already used packaging materials) - and for a few advertising items, which you MUST participate.
And: Etsy takes the item prices AND the shipping costs as the basis for calculating commission etc.

Suppliers of mass-produced goods have completely different conditions - you can't compare that at all. There, the profit is made over the mass, which is completely impossible with handmade items like mine. In addition, I make everything myself and alone - the pottery stall is a "one-woman business".

The stated packaging and shipping costs (defined in more detail in the FAQs) are costs that are expected to - at least - actually arise. Overpaid (not incurred) packaging and shipping costs will be refunded retrospectively. This can happen especially when ordering several items at the same time, as I do NOT know beforehand which items are bought together.
OR: You contact me BEFORE a multiple purchase so that I can adjust the shipping costs.

If too few shipping costs were shown - which also happens more often - then that's just my bad luck.

Thank you for reading, and now I hope you enjoy browsing!

Shipping costs defined in more detail

I only ship with DHL and only with tracking (tracking number) within 1 to 5 working days.Packaging and shipping costs are:1. Postal charges (parcel fees)2. Packaging costs, including adhesive tapeI drive around to pick up boxes and other already used packaging material that is collected for me in various places.I shred disused paper.3. Invoicing costs4. Trip to the post office5. the not insignificant time it takes to packI try to keep these costs as low as possible; the recycling of packaging material also contributes to this and also relieves the environment.

Shipping to islands outside Germany - only possible within the EU

If a shipment to an island outside Of Germany - e.B. a Spanish one - is to be made, I ask for prior contact, as then the shipping costs are often higher and the delivery times are often longer.

Is VAT due?

No, the seller is a small entrepreneur according to § 19 USTG.
