The Spotted Sparrow's products are made, packaged, and shipped with the utmost attention to detail. We think you will love your purchase! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your Spotted Sparrow products, we will be happy to refund or exchange the purchase, subject to the adherence of the following conditions:
1. Returns should be made within 10 days and in the original packaging
2. The product has not been damaged and is in a re-saleable condition
If this is not the case then we reserve the right to withhold any claim for a refund.
To return an item, please send it to us at the following address, quoting your order reference number and reason for returning/claiming a refund.

However, in the case of personalised or customised products, because all orders are personalised with individual details, refunds and exchanges will only be made it the product is faulty or does not meet the specifications of the order.

The Spotted Sparrow ships worldwide through Royal Mail, the British postal system. Domestic orders are shipped via Standard delivery, and international orders are shipped via Airmail. Shipping prices are actual Royal Mail shipping costs with no extra charges for handling or packaging. To help minimize environmental impact, we use recycled and repurposed packaging and shipping materials.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
