Terms and Conditions - General Terms and Conditions of KREAA
1. Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and definitions of terms:
1.1. The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
1.2. "Consumer" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
2.1. The presentation of the goods in our Online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but are only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one to two weeks. After fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer shall be deemed rejected.
2.2. Upon receipt of an order in our Online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided for in our Internet shop.
The order is made in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking on the "Buy" buttons
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Pressing the "Pay" button
5) Login to PayPal with account or as a guest.
6) Re-examination of the order and data.
7) Binding dispatch of the order and processing of the payment.
Before the binding sending of the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's information is recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the "back" button contained in the Internet browser he uses after checking his information. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail (confirmation of receipt). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one to two weeks.
4. Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
4.1 The prices quoted include VAT of 19%. In addition, there are any shipping costs.
4.2 The consumer has the possibility of payment by PayPal (with customer account or as a guest) or by bank transfer (then please order by e-mail).
5. Delivery
Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. We assume no liability for items that have been handed over from our side to the shipping company for dispatch.
6. Retention of title
We reserve title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
7. Right of return
Return policy: You can return the received goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.B. as a letter, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel (e.B. bulky goods) can you also declare the return by requesting a return in text form. To meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the goods or the request for return is sufficient. In any case, the return is at the expense of the consumer and his risk.

Return consequences:
