When you contact us, we will send you all the necessary information. The product/item's fault must be mentioned on the day of receiving the parcel, as after that day, claims cannot be accepted.

If you want insurance and traking, please let us know. It will cost at least 14 dollors and up! it depends on the weight of the item.
