Actually, it all started with my night hats:
They are an increasingly popular accessory for women in need of warmth and sensitive men (e.B. for nostril complaints)!
Of course, it was obvious to make the caps from noble materials such as silk or wool/silk blends.
It was not easy to find such fabrics at affordable prices.
Therefore, I am all the more pleased to be able to offer you both the popular caps (super Christmas gift!) and the fabrics from which they are made.
I experimented a bit with the composition and got stuck at 80% silk with a 20% viscose admixture. The fabric is smooth, soft, silky shiny and can be processed exellently.
Please note that the price always refers to half a meter. If you order several units, the fabric will of course be delivered in one piece.

General Terms and Conditions of the Etsy Shop "MHaagen", owner Martina Haagen
§ 1 – Provider, inclusion of the GTC
(1) The supplier and contractual partner for the goods presented in the Etsy shop is Martina Haagen, Augsburger Straße 29, 10789 Berlin, Tel: 030-91689737, email martina.haagen [!at] web.de
(2) These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of any contractual agreement between the Provider and the respective Customer. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are contradicted.
§ 2 – Offer of goods and conclusion of contract
(1) The provider offers the articles presented in his Etsy shop to other Etsy users for sale. The colour representation of the articles on the website may vary slightly depending on the Internet browser used and the monitor settings of the customer; these deviations are never technically completely avoidable.
(2) The selection of goods, the conclusion of the contract and the execution of the contract shall be carried out in German.
(3) The provider delivers within Germany as well as worldwide.
(4) The customer selects the desired goods by placing them in the 'shopping cart'. The order request can finally be transmitted to the provider via the button 'pay now'. The customer has the possibility at any time until the dispatch of his order request to view and change the data provided in the context of the order or to cancel the order completely.
(5) For the goods presented in the shop of the provider, the provider makes a binding purchase offer. By sending the order request via the button 'pay now', the customer accepts the purchase offer. The provider confirms the conclusion of the contract by e-mail (contract confirmation).
(6) The content of concluded contracts is stored in the Etsy user account of the customer and can be viewed by the customer in the Etsy portal at any time under the item 'Purchases and reviews'.
(7) In the event of impediments to delivery or other circumstances that would preclude the fulfilment of the contract, the provider shall inform the customer by e-mail.
§ 3 – Prices and payment
(1) All product prices are final prices plus shipping costs. The fees include 19% VAT.
(2) The shipping costs are listed in the respective product description in the section 'Shipping & Terms and Conditions'.
(3) In the case of deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import sales tax may be incurred, which are to be paid by the customer to the customs authority upon receipt of the shipment. These charges are in addition to the purchase price and the shipping costs and are not to be influenced by the provider.
(4) The provider delivers at the choice of the customer against advance payment by redeeming an Etsy voucher, against advance payment by bank transfer, against advance payment by means of PayPal payment or against cash payment on collection. With the confirmation of the contract, the customer receives an Internet link by e-mail that leads him to the Etsy section "Purchases and Reviews", which contains further information on the purchase process.
a) For payment by etsy voucher, the customer can enter one or more voucher codes in the 'My Purchases' section. The voucher value is credited to the provider and the invoice amount is paid in this way. If a voucher value is higher than the invoice amount, the voucher remains valid in the amount of the excess amount.
b) If the customer has chosen 'bank transfer' as the payment method, the customer will be informed of the bank details of the provider in the 'Purchases and reviews' section. The provider only accepts transfers from abroad as free payments in euros.
c) If the customer has chosen 'PayPal' as the payment method, he can reach the online service of PayPal via the correspondingly designated button and can initiate the payment there.
d) If the customer has chosen 'cash payment' as the payment method, he can pick up the goods at the registered office of the provider.
(5) For prepayment orders, a payment period of one week from receipt of the contract confirmation applies. The provider shall return the desired goods for the duration of the payment period for the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to effect his payment in time for it to be received by the provider within the deadline. The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and sell the goods elsewhere if payment has not been received by the deadline. Any payment received by the customer after withdrawal will be refunded to the customer.
§ 4 – Shipping, delivery periods
(1) The provider delivers the goods within the specified delivery periods after receipt of payment (depending on the payment method 24-48 h).
(2) For shipments to destinations outside Germany, the delivery time increases by a further 2-6 working days, depending on the destination country.
(4) Several products ordered at the same time are delivered in a joint shipment; the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies to the joint shipment. If the customer wishes the delivery of a specific product with a shorter delivery time in advance, he must order this product separately.
(5) If the delivery to the customer fails because the customer has entered the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the customer assumes the direct costs of the new shipping. These costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract.
(6) If the customer has chosen cash payment as the payment method, the goods will not be shipped. Instead, the customer can pick up the goods at the supplier's place of business by appointment;
§ 5 Customer information: Storage of the contract text
The content of a concluded contract (contract text) is automatically stored by Etsy in the Etsy user accounts of the provider and the customer and can be viewed by the customer in his user account under "Purchases and reviews" in the menu "You". After conclusion of the contract, the customer will also receive an e-mail from Etsy with the text of the contract. In addition, the provider does not store the text of the contract itself and does not make it accessible outside the Etsy portal.
§ 6 – Consumer right of withdrawal
(1) A customer who purchases as a consumer is entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the statutory conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
(2) A consumer with permanent residence outside Germany is granted a 14-day withdrawal period by the provider even if the national law of the consumer provides for a shorter period for this.
(3) The provider grants a consumer with permanent residence outside Germany to transmit the declaration of revocation informally even if the national law of the consumer provides for a stricter form.
(4) For consumers with permanent residence in Switzerland, the conditions and legal consequences of the German consumer right of withdrawal shall also apply if a revocation is not provided for under Swiss law.
Cancellation
Withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Martina Haagen, Augsburger Straße 29, 10789 Berlin, Tel: 030-91689737, email: martina.haagen [!at] web.de) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.B. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, I use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will I charge you any fees for this repayment. I can refuse the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

End of the cancellation policy
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:

§ 7 – Warranty
(1) The warranty claims according to the statutory provisions.

(1) After conclusion of the contract, Etsy transmits to the provider the Etsy user name, the name and the billing address as they are stored in the user account of the customer. Insofar as the customer has provided further data in the context of his order (e.B. a different delivery address or a telephone number), these will also be transmitted.
(2) The provider processes the data referred to in paragraph 1 electronically for the proper performance of the contract, in particular for dispatch, invoicing and the booking of payments. For the purpose of shipping, the provider may also transmit the name and address of the customer to the commissioned shipping company.
(3) The provider shall keep the data stored until all mutual claims arising from the order have been completely settled and the commercial and tax retention obligations for the provider have expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, I use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will I charge you any fees for this repayment. I can refuse the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to me immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
End of the cancellation policy
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:

§ 7 – Warranty
(1) The warranty claims according to the statutory provisions.

(1) After conclusion of the contract, Etsy transmits to the provider the Etsy user name, the name and the billing address as they are stored in the user account of the customer. Insofar as the customer has provided further data in the context of his order (e.B. a different delivery address or a telephone number), these will also be transmitted.
(2) The provider processes the data referred to in paragraph 1 electronically for the proper performance of the contract, in particular for dispatch, invoicing and the booking of payments. (3) The provider shall keep the data stored until all mutual claims arising from the order have been completely settled and the commercial and tax retention obligations for the provider have expired.

§ 8 Liability
(1) We are liable without restriction for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. Furthermore, we are liable without restriction in all cases of intent and gross negligence, in the event of fraudulent concealment of a defect, in the event of assumption of the guarantee for the quality of the object of purchase and in all other cases regulated by law.
(2) The liability for defects within the scope of the statutory warranty is based on the corresponding regulation in our customer information (Part II).
(3) Insofar as essential contractual obligations are affected, our liability for slight negligence is limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.
