Orders will not be shipped until payment is fully confirmed.
Items that are ready to ship: will be shipped in 2-3 working days.
Items that are made to order: my usual turn around time is 10 working days unless differently stated.

It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied, that my items are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. If the items you ordered are not customised you'll get a full refund (minus initial postage costs and PayPal fee) if the item is sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping is on your charge.
Angaben zu Bezahlung und Versand
UK parcel are sent second class with Royal Mail.
European parcels are sent Airmail with Royal Mail.
Should you require your parcel tracked please do not hesitate to contact me, I can get it organised at an extra cost.
I only accept PayPal payments.
