- Longer than 3 days outstanding orders will be automatically cancelled.
- I can't accept return's requests, because all is well specified just before shipment.
- I'm not responsible of lost parcel sent by normal mail.
- In case of cancellation order I'll refund You items value minus any costs of realization.

- PostePay recharge is possible only to Italian buyers. Drop me a line.
- I indicated the maximum timing of delivery and shipment after having verified your payment.This is because I want to be timely and accurate to all the world.
- When I will be able to ship before, I'll be glad to inform you about.
- Shipping by registered mail (in Italy and Europe) is the only way I use to send to.
According to volume and weight, I'll probably ask You something more than normal costs of total shipment, when Your shop is composed more than 1 item.
- For all other countries (USA, Turkey, Mexico,etc.) drop me a line to verify costs of shipments before. I'll communicate them to you in a very short time, to finalize the shop in the best way for you!
