♥♥ I will exchange or refund any products for obvious errors in description. For an exchange or refund, the original product must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Exchanges will be for product of equal or lesser value or the cost can be applied to higher priced items. Refunds will be for the price of the product only. Shipping and Insurance will not refunded.
♥♥ Lost package: If you can't receive the package after two months, I am afraid it's lost. I could resend or refund to you at your requested. Shipping and Insurance will not refunded.

♥♥ Shipping: Craft Supply will take 1-3 working days to ship out after payment received via handmade item need around 1 week.
Normally I will go to the post office on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
1. I do not ship to Russia,Philippines,China,Hongkong,Taiwan,India and Africa
2. All items will be shipped by Hong Kong Postal Normal Air Mail OR Hongkong Postal Registered Air Mail.
Most of country need 7-20 business days for delivery.
