I will happily exchange or refund if you are displeased with my items but not the tutorial/pattern in pdf format. You need to contact me immediately upon receive the item and send it back within 30 days from purchase date in the same condition as it was received, or else no exchange or refunds will be issued. Exchanges will be for product of equal or lesser value or the cost can be applied to higher priced items. Refunds will be for the price of the product only. There is 'No Refund' if you left me a negative feedback without contact me first.I do not refund shipping costs. Refunds are made in the form of paypal.
