If you don't adore your items, please notify me within 3 days of receipt. You will be refunded (minus shipping charges) via PayPal once the items in their original condition have been returned to me. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payments are made via PayPal and DaWanda voucher. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment.
I ship to the address stated on your DaWanda receipt instead of your PayPal address.
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
Your order will be packaged carefully in a padded and recycled envelope, sent using HongKong Post service NORMAL Airmail. If you need Registered Mail, please let us know, it will cost 1.2 euro than NORMAL mail. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks (3-4 weeks during busy holiday season) to reach overseas countries. If you have not received your package after the expiration of these timeframes, please contact me.
