Cancellation and return policy
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I will refund your payment excluding all postage and packing charges. You will need to send it back to me in its original condition for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.
I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.

I ship worldwide.
All items are securely packaged,and shipped via Royal Mail. (http://www.royalmail.com)
Europe: In order to keep the postage costs low, all the items below 60euro are posted via regular mail(5euro) and usually works fine, but I can not be held responsible if the item gets lost in the post. If you would like me to post it via recorded and insured mail then please let me know, the postage will then cost 9euro.
All items over 60 euro are posted via recorded/insured mail.
I always obtain Proof of postage.
