♦ We ship from Singapore. Orders are shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment.
♦ Orders will be shipped to address on the order. If you would like us to ship to another address, please indicate.
♦ It normally takes between 4-20 working days(Sat, Sun, and holidays not included) depending on your location.
- To the US, UK and Canada - between 8-14 working days
- To Asia - 4-6 working days
- Germany - 8-12 working days
- Rest of Europe - 8-20 working days
♦ The time of delivery is estimated, there might be delays sometimes due to certain reasons which we cannot account for. We seek your understanding in this matter. If you still do not receive your order in 3-4 weeks' time, please let us know.
♦ Shipping to FRANCE and ITALY will be by registered mail. Other countries will be by normal mail, if you would like it registered (you would have to sign for it), it is available at additional EUR1.20. Leave us a message when you check out and we'll take note to adjust the shipping fees.
♦ We will NOT be responsible for any loss of mail sent through normal mail.

♦ We accept payment through Paypal, Dawanda's voucher and Moneybookers for international buyers. But those without Paypal, as long as you have a credit card or debit card with VISA function, you can pay through Paypal without having to sign up as a member.
♦ If you pay by echeck, we will wait for it to clear before we ship your order.
♦ We like to recycle things, so normally, if we can, we will recycle bubble wrap from suppliers and also recycle boxes that we have or can find.
♦ Shipping fees includes postage, packing materials and handling fees.
