Please ensure that your order details are correct, as once your order has been confirmed by me, it is not possible to cancel.
As each purse is individually handmade to order, it is not possible to return any goods for a refund unless they are damaged or faulty when you receive them. Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to me immediately and returned within 7 days of receipt (please ensure that your package is recorded by the carrier as I cannot assume responsibility for items lost in the post). Any refund due will be paid to you via PayPal.

Please note that I only accept payments processed via the secure PayPal website. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to send me payment, and you may pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer. If you do have a PayPal account, and wish to pay directly from it, you will be able to do so using your usual PayPal log-in. Goods can only be sent to the registered address given with your payment via PayPal.
I require payment in full before I send any goods to you, and I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
My studio is situated in rural Scotland, and it's a 20-mile round trip to the post office. To reduce the number of journeys made (and my carbon footprint) I send all my parcels out once a week, on a Saturday morning.
Goods will be sent via Royal Mail to the registered address given with your payment via PayPal. I will send an email confirmation to let you know when your goods have been posted. It is not possible to send goods to a PO Box address.
All purses are handmade to order, and are normally sent within 6 to 9 days of receipt of your payment. If you are ordering a purse from outside the UK, your purse will be sent by airmail, and you should allow extra delivery time for this. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Please contact me if you have not received your goods within the time-frames given above. I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but I will try to track down the item for you as far as I am able.
