As a buyer you agree to purchasing the product of your choice. What you do with it after delivery is up to you. I do not replace items that have been oxidised because of sunlight under your care as this is the natural reaction of silver unless treated right. I also have not possibility of accepting refunds on items damaged by cosmetics or perfume under your care since this is a "self inflicted" problem. Please take care of my jewelry and I promise they will last you a long time.
Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung
As a costumer you have a 30 day remorse period. This starts from the day you recieve the package. If you for some reason want to return you package you are free to do so, but you will have to pay for the extra shipping charges.
Exception: I do not refund earrings unless damaged for hygienical reasons.
If the item reaches you in damaged condition, please document the damage through photo and I will replace your costs.

I ship via regular priority mail. Customers within Europe, please choose United kingdom for shipping. If you want to add extra insurence to your package, please contact me for arrangements

I accept bank transfers, paypal and cash if the buyer delivers it in person.
