Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as purchasing from the RutaFelt shop means you agree to them.
1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Ruta Felt to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided on the RutaFelt shop. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation there to. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
2. Hand felted goods
Every craft in RutaFelt shop is individually handmade by RutaFelt and therefore there may be a slight variation on each design. Because of the nature of our products we cannot guarantee uniformity of any specification.
Please remember that RutaFelt goods are made from natural wool and also may contain other materials, which require adequate treatment and usage. They have been properly annealed, and mistreating them may lead to damage.
Some of our crafts are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years.
3. Ordering
There is no minimum order!
You can buy products from us online using your paypal account, credit or debit card. Our payment service provider, PayPal provides a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta, PayPal Account, eCheque or Personal Cheque.
When paying by eCheque or Personal Cheque your order will not be dispatched until eCheque or Personal Cheque is cleared.
4. Prices
4a. The prices displayed on our shop are in British pounds.
4b. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order.
4c. All prices displayed on this site are Inclusive of UK VAT which is currently 17.5%. This tax is not charged on orders despatched to countries outside of the EU, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
4d. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
5. General
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
When placing an order with RutaFelt shop, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
RutaFelt can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our DaWanda shop .
All copyright, design and intellectual property rights relating to our designs will remain the property of RutaFelt.
Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery.
All goods are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty we will of course refund or replace the goods for you. Please notify us of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receipt and again any refund will be made once goods are returned and received.
Please note that refunds cannot be given on earrings.
Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused within 14 days of purchase. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return (the buyer is responsible for return postage). The cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item less postage costs.

Lieferung
Die Lieferzeiten sind abhängig vom Zielland, obwohl wir um Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 3 Tagen versandfertig zielen. Obwohl alle Anstrengungen unternommen, um Liefertermine einzuhalten sein, das sind nur Schätzungen, und wir können keine Haftung für verspätete Lieferungen von uns nicht beeinflussbare Umstände verursacht werden. Wir haften nicht für Verluste verursacht, wenn Sie die verspätete Zustellung. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns sofort, wenn Ihre Ware nicht ankommen, wenn zu erwarten und wir werden untersuchen.
Wir werden in der Regel erlaubt, Royal Mail First Class auf Standard-Lieferung Bestellungen und Nachweis über den Versand (für Bestellungen UK) und Royal Mail kleines Paket internationalen Lieferservice für Bestellungen aus dem Ausland zu erhalten.
Lieferzeiten:
UK - das Element sollten Sie innerhalb von 2 Werktagen erreichen nach der Absendung der Ware.
Internationale Bestellungen Lieferzeiten geringfügig variieren aber in der Regel Waren kommen innerhalb von 7 Werktagen (die meisten Gelegenheiten - 3 bis 5).
Alle Artikel werden vor dem Verpacken geprüft werden und wird für die Buchung mit größtmöglicher Sorgfalt verpackt werden.
