Please note: I often use the same photo on my items. I try my best to make a similar piece ( I use the same color material), but due to all of my item handmade by myself, they will be slightly different than the photos. The one that you receive will be similar to the one pictured but due to the nature of handmade, no two will be exactly alike.
It's not apply to the Reserved Customer orders, I use a photo of the finished items only.

Exchanges:
All sales are final. If you feel you have a valid reason for wanting an exchange, contact me via DaWanda conversation within 2 working days after you have received the item.
In the case we do agree on an exchange, all additional shipping costs will be for the buyer and the item must be returned in it's original unused condition. Money refunds will not be made.
*I do not exchange Custom pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons), or for someone that merely "changes their mind" after a purchase.

All my items will be sent with Registered Priority Mail to Worldwide within 7-11 working days after cleared payment.

I can supply the tracking code, which can be used most of the countries postal site.
All my items are wrapped with care, but sometimes during the posting the Petals can flatten down. With this method they will bounce back to shape.
Hold the pin with one hand and the other hand crunch the petals gently upwards, they usually bounce back to shape.
Seller is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, or fees (or additional delays caused by customs.) Buyers, please be aware that you "may" be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information.
