a short remark about the shipping costs:
My shipping costs are based on a mixed calculation, i.e. on average it is the shipping costs (postage + packaging material) that are incurred with an order. If a few buttons are ordered, the shipping costs are slightly increased, with an order over several buttons (> = 3 pieces) the shipping costs are above what I demand. The whole thing is because I don't know in advance how many buttons someone orders. Of course, I can also make a refund, but then shipping costs have to be paid once for each part ordered. So everything very cumbersome and etsy can't offer me anything better. So I hope for your understanding that a little more is required for small orders. In the end, I don't earn a penny extra here. eine kurze Bemerkung zu den Versandkosten:
Meine Versandkosten beruhen auf einer Mischkalkulation, d.h. im Schnitt sind es die Versandkosten (Porto + Verpackungsmaterial), die bei einer Bestellung anfallen. Werden wenige Buttons bestellt, sind die Versandkosten leicht erhöht, bei einer Bestellung über mehrere Buttons (>=3 Stück) legen die Versandkosten über dem, was ich verlange. Das Ganze kommt daher, dass ich im Vorfeld nicht weiß, wie viele Buttons jemand bestellt. Natürlich kann ich auch eine Rückerstattung leisten, aber dann muss je bestelltem Teil einmal Versandkosten bezahlt werden. Also alles sehr umständlich und etsy kann mir nichts besseres anbieten. So hoffe ich auf euer Verständnis dafür, dass bei kleinen Bestellungen etwas mehr verlangt wird. Am Ende verdiene ich hier keinen Cent extra.
