4 out of 5 starsFirst of all: The fabric I ordered is very beautiful and exactly as described. It fully met my expectations and I was very pleased. Shipping took a very long time. However, I was "forewarned" by previous reviews and was therefore neither surprised nor disappointed that it took a full 10 days to arrive. I wouldn't describe the "customer service" as such. Requests are ignored - in my case, the request for an invoice or receipt, which a buyer is entitled to anyway. I wrote three times, heard nothing. That's why I wouldn't shop here again. What a pity! I waited to leave a review to see if there would be a response.
