All items are shipped via the dutch post. This means, packages under 2kg go uninsured and not registered. Therefore there is no tracking number. I can not be hold responsible for damaged, or lost items.
However, if you would like your parcel to be insured, registered and with a tracking number, it can be arranged adjusting the sending costs (according to the dutch TNT post fees, 9.50euros minimum price)). If you don't explicitly ask for insurance, the parcel will go with simple shipping and it is out of my hands.
Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung
I do not refund. I will exchange items, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. This, unfortunately, I've learnt the hard way!
Once the item has been shipped, there is no chance of changing your mind and cancelling your purchase.
Angaben zu Bezahlung und Versand
Postage fees are according TNT Post NL.
It will be indicated for each item. Combined shipping is allowed.
Payment is done via PayPal and bank transfer (for European customers). Once I see your payment on PayPal or bank account, the items you bought are shipped. Standard way of handling this, right?
