I accept and appreciate PayPal payment. You are not obliged to have a Paypal account to complete your transaction. You can use your credit card directly through the Paypal website.
IMPORTANT - Please do note that I will send the item to address indicated in Paypal receipt, unless other specified.
I also accept Bank Transfer for the European Union - Contact me please and I’ll give you all the data you will need to effect payment.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will send a message. If there is no response within 5 days, the order will be canceled for lack of payment.
Let me know if you need more time. Usually, I don't have a problem to wait, but ask me about please.
Once your payment reaches my Paypal or Bank account, you should expect an email notice with information about shipping or delivery for your purchased item within 24 to 72 hours
I ship within 2/3 working days.
Delivery - depends on your location but average international delivery time is 1 week.
If you need priority mail, please contact me in advance so I can ask at Post Office also.
Please be aware that I am not responsible for delivery time. It depends on the carriers and delivery time may vary, particularly during peak periods.
The item will be shipped after a completion of confirmed PayPal payment received.

In the rare event that the item you ordered is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 4/5 days of receipt.
I will refund you the full amount once I have received the item and have checked that everything is in order. Buyer is responsible for the returning postage costs.
CAUTION: If item is returned broken a refund will NOT be issued.
I cannot be fully held responsible for any damage caused by the carrier on their delivering.
But I do carefully pack all my stained glasses. I have posted over 250 pieces and have had only one break during shipment.
If such thing happens, please do contact me and if you will agree I will repair your piece if possible, provided you pay the postage fees.
If you prefer refund (no postage costs included), please return the broken item to me.
Lost package: If you can't receive the package after two months, I am afraid it's lost. I will refund you at your request. Postage will not refunded. I had never had such a case in more than 10 years…
